The Guild Young Members Group (affectionately known as the "GYM") is open to all members of the Guild aged 35 and under.

Any member  aged under 35 is automatically entitled to membership of the group whether Liveryman, Upper Freeman, Freeman or Associate; additionally, anyone, irrespective of flying achievement, under the age of 35 can elect to be and remain an associate member of the Guild until age catches up with experience!

The Guild transfers the associate proportion of the annual fee of members aged under 35 to the GYM to aid with administration and costs for events targeted specifically at younger members.
