Primary
To gather and collate information relating to aviation and the environment and to inform the membership of such in order to recommend GAPAN policy on environmental topics that have implications for GAPAN members.

Secondary
To encourage awareness of the importance to the future of all sectors of British aviation of possible intervention because of environmental concerns and regulations.
